eSWALLOW restricts the sale of its products to medical professionals who have demonstrated an ability to use the products safely and effectively.  For this reason customers are required to disclose their ASHA membership number or their state license number in the field of speech therapy.  This information is gathered in the check-out process.

Refund / Delivery Policy for Intellectual Property. Generally, all sales are final and no refunds are granted. If the customer has successfully accessed the training site refunds will not be granted. If the customer has yet to access the training site, a refund may be granted. The customer should make a request for refund via e-mail to sales@eswallowusa.com. Within 2 business days of successful completion of the financial portion of the order the customer will will be sent an e-mail containing a link to the training site and all necessary login information.   Refund / Delivery Policy for products.  All orders are processed within 2 business days of the order receipt.  Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defect upon arrival.
