Refund / Delivery Policy for Intellectual Property.

Generally, all sales are final and no refunds are granted. If the customer has successfully accessed the training site refunds will not be granted.

If the customer has yet to access the training site, a refund may be granted.

The customer should make a request for refund via e-mail to sales@eswallowusa.com.

Within 2 business days of successful completion of the financial portion of the order the customer will will be sent an e-mail containing a link to the training site and all necessary login information.

Refund / Delivery Policy for products.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of the order receipt.  Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defect upon arrival.
